A Red Alert has been issued for a missing indigenous teen in Ponca City.
Lorraine Morningstar Torres, 15, was last seen a week ago at her aunt’s house in Ponca. Torres is enrolled in the Tonkawa Tribe and is descended Pawnee, Ponca, Assiniboine Sioux. Torres weighs 150 Ibs, has brown eyes, dark brown hair, blonde highlights and has braces.
