Northbound and southbound lanes of U.S. 77 (14th Street) in Ponca City will be narrowed to one lane in each direction between South Ave. and E. Hartford Ave. beginning at 7 a.m. Wednesday for a resurfacing project.
Motorists can expect delays, congestion and even intermittent side street closures in the area at varying times. Road work will go from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday. If weather is to affect the project. There could be weekends where road work is going on.
Work is expected to be complete by early fall 2020.
