If you are a Ponca City Chamber Member, they still have room for their Customer Service Training on Wednesday, June 30th from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. The Chamber can always say Shop Ponca First, but if they are not offering quality customer service it is not going to continue. This training is free and includes lunch. You must RSVP if you are going to attend or send some of your employees. Just phone the Chamber Office 765-4400.
The Tourism Bureau and a couple of the attractions may receive some awards from the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association. The Chamber will find out Tuesday at the OTIA Awards Luncheon. They are excited for this possible recognition. Tourism is an important industry for Ponca City and Oklahoma.
