Search Continues for Two

The Kay County Sheriff’s office continues their search for two Ponca City residents who are the run after cutting off their ankle monitors near Braman. 29 year old Adam David Meeks and 25 year old Samantha Rae Raulin are accused of cutting off the monitors on December 3rd.
