The last time he left, he was located in Stillwater. The 1997 Ford Ranger he was in has a large yellow scrape or dent on the drivers side. The vehicle has an Oklahoma tag with a license plate showing EJS553.Moser does not have a phone. He was last seen wearing a denim shirt, blue jeans and possibly a tan ball cap.
