Three Arrested in Robbery

Kay County Sheriff Deputies arrested three people late Saturday night after being called to the scene of a robbery and assault. The incident occurred under the Highway 60 bridge at the Arkansas River.  A man reported that he had been robbed of small amount of cash and some personal belongings.  Deputies had reason to believe the three would be at the Osage Casino.  Once there, they arrested 42 year old Monique Canaday, 45 year old Robert Hatton and 50 year old Shannon Roberts Criner all of Ponca City.  Charges are expected to be filed this week.  All three are being held at the Kay County Detention Center.
