It may not have been the strongest earthquake ever recorded, but don’t tell residents of the north central Oklahoma town of Tonkawa. A 2.9 earthquake hit the area this morning. Many reported items falling and being shaken awake. The earthquake had a depth of 1.4 miles and just to the South of Tonkawa. No reports of injuries or damage.
