Three elections are set for Tuesday in North Central Oklahoma. Kaw City voters will decide whether or not to grant Kay Electric Cooperative a lease of the city’s electrical distribution system for a period of 10 years. Billings voters will go to the polls Tuesday and vote on a proposition that would allow Noble County to incur indebtedness by issuing bonds in the amount of $230,000 to equip, remodel and repair school buildings. This vote must pass by 60% super majority. Voters in Tonkawa will vote on a $465,000 building proposition and a $180,000 transportation bond issue. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday.
