A trial in Kay county began for Scott Thomas Stout of Tonkawa. Scott is charged with first degree rape and two other felony charges after two or more felony convictions.
According to a police report, Stout raped the woman near the Fort Oakland Police Gun Range Sept. 19, 2015. She said she was with Stout and another person trying to obtain meth.
Stout claims the sex was consensual. He was arrested Oct. 19, 2015 and was released on Dec. 21 of that year on $100,000 bond.
