The Blackwell-Journal Tribune is reporting that two men are now facing charges in alleged insurance fraud conspiracy.
Rocky Lee Auterson, 32, is facing charges of an alleged conspiracy to commit a felony and insurance fraud after a home at 802 W. McKinley in Blackwell caught fire in March.
Trulin Williams, 37, facing charges of arson in the second degree, claims Auterson had allegedly offered him a truck and a sum of money to help burn the home on 802 McKinley.
Auterson turned himself into the Kay County Detention Center on Monday and was released on bond.
The Blackwell Journal-Tribune says they acquired this information through affidavits provided by the District Court of Kay County.
