An outstanding warrant has been issued for 41-year-old Bryan Eugene Hiser of Ponca City.
Hiser faces one felony charge of first degree rape after sexually abusing a child back in April 2018 and denied allegations at the time. During an interview in February 2019 with OSBI agent Michael Dean and Ponca City Police Sgt. Brian Dye in reference to a different case,
Hiser admitted to an incident involving the teen that wasn’t reported. The rape charge was filed on May 22, and the bond is set at $5,000.
