A warrant continues to be issued for Jacob Leroy Alexander Wiggins, 26, of Ponca City after receiving a felony count of carrying a weapon where alcohol is served and a misdemeanor charge of reckless conduct with a firearm.
According to an affidavit from the Ponca City Police Department, an officer was performing a walk through at the Frack It Bar at 601 West Highland on March 20 when a subject reported that someone in the restroom had fired a gun.
A bouncer then escorted out the male subject that was involved.
One witness told police that there was a bullet hole five feet off the ground in the bathroom door.
Another witness told police that they discovered a silver casing in the bathroom and gave it to an employee of the bar.
The owner of the Frack It Bar told police that the subject the bouncer escorted out was Wiggins.
The next day on March 21, police responded to a home on Glenside after receiving a report that the gun fired at the bar was at a residence.
A resident in the 700 block of N. Osage told police that Wiggins had been staying with him. The resident also shared that on the night of the incident, Wiggins went out to Frack It.
Wiggins then came home yelling that something bad happened.
The resident later told Wiggins to leave. On April 1, the resident discovered the firearm that he sold to Wiggins when he saw it in a broken washing machine.
The bond for Wiggins is set at $5,000.
