The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is reporting that a single car accident has claimed the life of a 98 year old Osage County man. Just after 10:30 this morning, Dominic Baldrachi of Bartlesville was traveling westbound on US 160 when he apparently became ill.
Baldrachi’s 2001 Ford departed the roadway to the left, striking a metal gate, a tree and then a steel post before entering a creek and coming to rest after hitting the west bank.
Baldrachi was traveling alone and was pronounced dead at the scene with trunk internal injuries. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
