The Kay County assessor’s office will be in Ponca City Tuesday February 23rd from 9 to 4 at the Ponca City library and on Wednesday February 24th. The office will filing homestead exemptions in Tonkawa Tuesday February 2nd and in Blackwell Tuesday February 9th.
