Twas the week before Christmas and all through the state, the break is vastly approaching and school students cannot wait. Schools across North Central Oklahoma will begin Winter Break this week. Ponca City, Blackwell and Frontier all begin their Winter Break on Thursday, December 20.Tonkawa and Newkirk start Winter Break on Friday, December 21. Perry and Morrison has their last day of class on Friday, December 21.
