Ponca City Police have released information about a stolen debit card that has been used at multiple locations. Back on November 3, a Hispanic or native American male used the card at 51-50 Liquor at 1301 East South Avenue. There were additional purchases made with the same card at several other locations including Valero (320 W. Grand Ave) and Highland Spirits (510 W. Highland Ave).
