Two people are dead following a vehicle pedestrian collision that happened just after noon yesterday on US 412 just east of I35. That’s 7 miles north of Perry.
Two vehicles were involved, including at 2009 Nissan Nissan driven by a 16 year old male from Enid and a 2009 Chevrolet Cruze. The identify of the driver of the 2nd vehicle has not been released.
The driver of the Nissan was transported by Mediflight to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. Treated and released. Two pedestrians, 65 year old Jose Arrellanolozano, and an unidentified 41 year old male, both from Oklahoma City, died at the scene.
The accident and its cause are under investigation.
