A recent decision by the city will change that operation to Mercy Health Oklahoma Communities, Incorporated. This agreement between the hospital trust, Mercy Health and Alliance Health will go into effect September 3rd.The Blackwell Hospital Authority will own and operate what will be called Blackwell Regional Hospital. The Authority is a separate entity from the city. Its’ members are Doyle Steffen, Jim Rodgers, Tim Rodriguez, Becky Hutton and Penny Anthony.
