A body found near Marland has been identified.
26 year-old Jejuan Samule was found on a highway north of Marland with a large piece of wood nearby.
After an investigation, 44 year-old Wayne Delodge was arrested in connection. County prosecutors expect to file several charges.
The medical Examiners Office feels that Samule’s skull was crushed by blows with a two-by-four. His left arm was also broken.
Delodge is being held on a 2004 warrant for violating the compulsory education act.
