A 29 year old Arkansas City man was arrested after an odor complaint.
Chad Adams, Sr. was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug-sale paraphernalia, no tax stamp, and two counts of child endangerment. The endangerment charges were levied after officers found the home environment to be dangerous to the two young children living there.
Adams was booked and released on a $12,000 bond.
