That’s 9 cents below the average recorded at the end of August.Gas prices aren’t all falling at the same rates around the state. Tulsa’s average price has dropped 21 cents since Aug. 31st. Oklahoma City’s just 7 cents during the same period.Around the state, prices ranged from $1.93 per gallon in Lawton to $2.14 per gallon in Stillwater. Locally, gasbuddy dot com reports prices ranging around $1.99Monday’s statewide average price remains 12 cents lower per gallon than it was a year ago on the same day.
