CANTON, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says human remains discovered in Blaine County have been identified as a 23-year-old murder suspect. The OSBI said Thursday that the Office of the State Medical Examiner had identified the skeletal remains as those of Christopher Blake Scruggs, a suspect in a fatal shooting near Canton last year. A warrant had been issued for Scruggs in the death of 18-year-old Caylee Massey.
