The call came in at 10:05am.Several Officers responded to the area. At least two other witnesses told officers they observed a man matching the description that Police had received initially, but did not observe him carrying a gun. The lock down was lifted approximately 25 minutes after it was put into place.Officers searching the area contacted a man matching the description, but found no gun.Sherry Bowers, PCPD
