The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is currently investigating a fatal crash that occurred at about 1:30 p.m. March 18 on the Turner Turnpike near Wellston. There have been numerous postings on social media regarding this crash that have been less then accurate.
Out of respect for all parties involved, and to minimize confusion, OHP investigators have a duty to ensure all information is completely accurate prior to finalizing the investigation. Once the investigation is complete, more information will be released. Information that you may have seen before this report is released may not be accurate and is not the final conclusion of the OHP.
