Vehicle-1: 2002 Arctic Cat 400-I ATV driven by ** Juvenile, Name Withheld ** white male, 12 years old, of Newkirk, OK. Pronounced dead at the scene with a head injury, transported to Miller Stahl Funeral Home in Newkirk.
What Happened: Vehicle-1 was northbound in a pasture, struck a wooden post that was lying on the ground, went into a broadslide, rolled ½ time, rolled back ¼ time, and came to rest on the driver’s side. Driver was ejected from Vehicle-1 an unknown distance.
