Cowley College and Southwestern delay info
Cowley College in Arkansas City, Ks., who is currently on Spring Break, is delaying face-to-face classes until March 23 and will transition to an online format until at least April 3. Existing online classes will resume as scheduled on Monday. Students will be allowed to return to dorms Sunday, March 22.
