Medical Examiners Office identifies skeletal remains found in Ponca City
After skeletal remains were found on April 2, 2020 west of Boomer Tire and Ponca Nursing and Rehabilitation on the northwest side of Ponca City, the Medical Examiners Office in Oklahoma City on Monday has positively identified the remains as those of 32 year old Joshua K. Battiest.
